If it isn't a remake that they can ruin they haven't a clue. I don't like bill Murray. Seems kind of arrogant and hasn't been funny since caddyshack. And they ruined it with a remake.

will say that i doesnt look very hard to me to make a script to a new ghostbuster movie to be honest.

you start with a flashback like 8 years ago were the ghostbuster save some boy from a ghost. then you go to the present with the original cast dispatching a ghost, they do it, but there are some problems because they are starting to get old and not longer have the agility needed. so they try to get new blood into the company.

then you cut to the boy that is now a young adult and is into ghost and the like, but people make fun of it because there are not that many ghost and so people have forgotten again like in ghostbusters2. of course he has some friends that do believe in him, and suddenly they see the "hiring" thing, so they go. at first they dont even believe in it, then they see a ghost, the beliebe, training montage…

you can end it with some powerful ghost appearing because X is happenign and ghost power is retuning to the world and the new cast helps the old cast with the first surge of ghost from this new surge. the old cast can "retire" and by that i mean they stay in the office and make cameos and the like in future movies if they want, the new cast gets to shine.

and murray can just cameo if he wants or be a ghost or whatever, is not really needed that he does much, of course great if he does but this script lets him do as little as he wants while the other 3 ghostbusters just act as mentors more.

i know is not very original, but at least it works for a movie, you only need an interesting and funny new cast and some good jokes

Yes. The Ghostbusters 3 was not real. But in 2021 They released Ghostbusters 3:Afterlife

2016 Bullshitbusters is an abomination to the Ghostbusters Franchise.

After seeing Dan Aykroyd on Rogan I'm not surprised it didn't get made, the guys crazy.

my biggest take away is James is wrong about the Michael Bay Transformers movies.

I remember the Citroen TV 📺 advert and it was simply awesome. It was actually much better than the awful reboot with the equally unfunny and awful Melissa McCarthy! Does anyone here know which model of Citroen car 🚗 the advert was for?
