Why participate in office politics? I mean… Aren't some saying that there is no way not to participate? That not voting is a form of expressing you opinions? As long as there are these ideologies, that incorporate everyone in the same bath tube no matter what, how can one say that someone is not participating? He or she is participating, just not in the ways some people expect them to.

man… Im 23, and saw myself in Shawna. I'm so strict with office rules, like not using the PC or printer for personal stuff. I' glad my department is full of people like me. We don't care about impress the boss or flattery… we're just work and rule abscessed.

I don’t care for any of the workplace gossip or management choices for my own job and my coworkers don’t seem to understand it. They often try to drag me in and get funky when I brush off what they’re trying to cry about.
