As a single female in the wild, I cannot imagine this. I must always have ample food for snacking, regret and self-hatred. Though my particular subspecies has been known to open cans with a multi-tool and contemplate the Roman Empire. I'm also more likely to throw the directions in the trash, and look up the image of the packaging on the internet if I can't read it in the garbage.

I was always spending my nights alone in college cause the only girls to show interest either didnt know how to take no for an answer (like one time I said I didn't want to go sneak into bars with some girls and they start freaking out a little saying "you cant say that" "you have to come with us" "you can't leave us haha". That may have been playful but why be around people that won't listen to you) or the girls would literally be so drunk they couldn't stand up straight (you gotta watch those one's hands, they were good intentioned and never did anything bad but ffs they'd be really close to doing some creepy stuff with their hands). tbh a lot of girls seem so full of themselves they couldn't comprehend me saying "no", ive met better people since though.
