Love ur video! Lunchboxes are awesome! I have the metal Dukes of Hazzard box u have. But I seen a red plastic box for sale on eBay that was like a retro one with the General Lee, Star Wars, and other characters on it! I can’t find a pic anywhere. I was wondering if u would happen to know which one I’m referring to, and/or possibly have one? I def should’ve bought it! It’s probably from the ‘80’s or early’90’s.

I had several, but I guess i would go back to the 70s. I had Partridge Family, Star Wars, and I think I recall Little House on the Prairie. (In the 80's ['86] I turned 20)

To make myself even happier, ive decided to buy 1 each month. 😊 I love your collection

1st time to your channel, and apparently YT thought I'd enjoy this vid since it was recommended to me. They were correct!!! ☺️

I unfortunately used the burnt orange Tupperware lunchbox all thru elementary school, but I did have my NKOTB lunchbox, that I bought with allowance, for my years in Jr High School (middle school to others). It came with a thermos too, and I DO still have it. I was (& still) a Blockhead. LOL 😂 ❤

That's a lot of lunch boxes. I had a Nintendo lunch box with Mario and Zelda on it. I also had an X-Men and a G.I. Joe lunch box. I used them up until I entered Jr. High. Today I have a Pittsburgh Steelers lunch box. I use it when I travel.

I’m like Keith, I had some great lunch boxes but they all got beat up. Amy, like Abby, kept hers nice. She still has her Holly Hobby lunch box.

I had one of the Bee Gees lunch box and about 20 years ago I had found a replacement and stupidly sold it a couple of years later. Only one I currently own is Charlie's Angels and other than having some stickers is in super solid condition. 8:42 Mary Lou Retton? I don't think so. I love the shelving! Wait, I think I do have a plastic Cubert lunchbox.

My first was Snoopy orange plastic box with front latches. That broke then I had Strawberry Shortcake like the one shown. Next was Smurfs. Then an all pink Smurfette lunch box and thermos. Then I had Cabbage Patch and finally Garfield with Odie. My favorite two were Strawberry Shortcake and Smurfette. The Smurfette I believe is more rare along with the all pink thermos. I think what I hated the most about the lunchboxes was the thermos. I remember a few spilling out of the thermos all over my sandwich. Soda would fizz out. Soup was hard to keep from spilling as well no matter how tight the lid or upright I kept the box.

So cool that you got to meet the Strawberry Shortcake lady. And AWESOME!!! that your mom saved the 2 lunch boxes. All of them are so cool and the Care bears with the stickers inside. My favorites are Strawberry Shortcake, the 1st Cabbage Patch box, Popples and Pac Man (edit: and Muppet Babies). I always changed the channel too when Thundercats came on. I did watch G.I. Joe, only because I got used to it from my brothers watching it. Loved the Ewoks, one of my favorite kid movies. Loved Robo Cop. Completely forgot about the series. never had a lunchbox growing up. It was always a brown paper bag. thanks for sharing the awesome collection……. Wow! awesome ending with the new wall, and the footage(what a treat). I randomly got into collecting dolls the past couple of years.😂However, I have so much fun with them🌷

Wow, that's an amazing collection!!! The Lunchboxes I had as a kid, and I still have are Duck Tales, The Real Ghostbusters and I still have that exact same Pee Wee, and I did have the exact same Turtles, but I don't know what I did with it, lol. I actually have a Superman Lunchbox from 1986 with the thermos that I got years ago, along with a metal Superman Lunchbox that was based on the first Christopher Reeve Movie that came out in 1978, and that has the thermos too!!! But I added those to my Superman Memorabilia Collection!!! My cousins from Lexington, Kentucky have that same E.T. Lunchbox!!! I had that A-Team one, but I sold it on my Ebay Store, and I do plan on getting another one soon with some other childhood favorites!!!

I have two 1980s plastic lunch boxes. One of them is The Smurfs, which is a sky blue color. The other is He-Man, but the artwork is different from the one in the video. I think the thermos is the same, though. I lost my original He-Man box in a flood, so I bought a new one later on. Here's an amusing story. My cousin and I were in the same Kindergarten class and we had the same lunch box. One day we accidentally grabbed each other's box because they were in the cubbyholes near the classroom door. I didn't realize it until I got home that I grabbed the wrong one. I also didn't realize he was my cousin because he lived with his dad and I never saw him outside of class lol.

I love that you met the Strawberry Shortcake artist! How adorable. If I ever find a full time job again, I want to get a metal lunchbox to bring my lunch. I know I had them, but I can't recall what designs they were. I would totally use a Muppets one! I love them so much!

Ok,so I’m totally team metal lunchbox.
The plastic ones came along a bit after my days as a lunchbox carrier.
    I had a Dukes of Hazard,even though I secretly hated them,I had a crazy Hanna-Barberra one,a Star Wars one,too.
But for Pete’s sake,I don’t even need the lunchbox,I just need a Mr.T thermos in my life.
    Doesn’t everyone?
The metal lunchboxes were superior to the plastic ones by way of that cool raised embossing.
They were these machine stamped masterpieces.
    Also,lastly,Abby…
    Abby,yore sporting swatch X-large yellow🥰
It keeps spinning around your tiny wrist throughout the video,it’s super cute on you☺️

Love seeing your collection and we have several of those lunchboxes in our 80s room as well. I think my favorite of mine is Rainbow Brite. I found a picture of me on the first day of school when I was around seven years old and I was carrying a lovely lady locks lunchbox. I honestly didn’t even remember that character at all at first, but I haven’t been able to find one of those to add to my collection. They came in pink and purple and I had a pink one. I found some purple ones, but no luck on the actual one I had. Loved the video!

I had the Gremlins and Pac-Man lunchbox. Two more that I know I had that are missing from your collection were the Transformers and Knight Rider. Great collection you have. You're going to have to put up more lunchbox shelves on the other side of the window 😂

Those are awesome… I love MOTU and it’s brand new. I lean toward the metal ones but the plastics are great also…I have a Thunder Cats Ben Cooper custom from 1984 or 85…
