While the U.S. has historically been at least semi-transparent about its nuclear mess-ups, other nations have been much more secretive. We know very little if anything at all about their nuclear programs, and almost nothing of any mishaps. It’s extremely likely that we don’t have a full account of every broken arrow. The idea that there are missing weapons capable of killing millions of people hiding somewhere beneath the ocean is chilling, to say the least.

Was that first a military airplane?? They never should have dropped the bomb. If they crash and die, it's part of their job, but they could probably have had a softer crash than dropping the bomb 9,000 feet! Rear end of donkeys!

My great-grandfather was the first person put in charge of America's burgeoning Nuclear weapons arsenal. At one point in his career, a bomb was lost over Japanese waters, and he and his wife (His wife not knowing the nature of their visit.) had to spend several years undercover in Japan to make sure Japanese authorities hadn't gotten a hold of it. It was declassified shortly after he died, so my father grandmother didn't know until a few years before I was born. It's weird to think about sometimes. He also knew the nature of some of the Area-51 tests, but those haven't been unclassified.

This made me think about stuff like… what if countries like russia or us have atomic bombs planted underneath evrry city. So if anything happens.. like.. idk zombies? Or whatever, pretty unrealistic.. but if that happens, they can just detonate these bombs underneath these cities and obliterate everything.
