The brand can't outlive Jimmy, they're betting on growth potential, but the reality is if Jimmy died unexpectedly tomorrow that would be it. The videos would still pull viewers for a few years, but with no new content intrest would wane, and with anyone else running it people would bail too. And feastables, lunchly and best burger don't stand on their own, they're not good enough for that

I’m not a fun nor I look up to him, his way over the top highly edited, processed & unnatural videos are like that highly processed food that is good for the first few bites & you get disgusted after eating few times & he seems like very bitter (as you said), myopic, & overly egotistical person.

Interesting video as always. He is not worth that valuation, but people will invest as he has mastered the art of getting people to buy subpar products. Especially children. He is the poster boy for dopamine culture and is a key reason why there will be significant issues on the younger generation. Attention spans, poor understanding of money, end of true charitable acts, and mental health issues.

From a pure business look, no his business isnt worth 5 billion. However, most of these wealthy investors have kids. Their kids love mr beast. It would be an easy win for their home life to buy mr beasts company. Imagine a dad telling his kid "mr beast works for me" the kid would be star struck. So yes i think he can easily raise 5 billion.

Sounds like a stupid move, unless Mr. Beast is cashing out.
Once shareholders are involved, he's no longer in complete control. All the financial numbers will also be leaked or exposed.
