His testimony that he never imagined that he could ever be in Star Wars because there had “never been anyone like him” in there. It honestly never occurred to me that he was anything but perfectly natural in the movie, accent and all. All accents, all nationalities belong in Star Wars. Please keep moving forward.

I love DIego but I'm not sure how much he understands how perfect he is for the role, and how great the decision was to cast him.

I remember seeing him in Open Range which is an underrated western movie. Rogue One and Andor are by far the best of Disney Star Wars. It is sad that he probably won't be in Star Wars anymore.

Listen, Team Conan – this is really important to me. You need to understand something: Jordan Schlansky HAS to be in EVERY show. Every. Single. One. He MUST be the sidekick.

Yes, giving him a special segment is great, but it’s not enough – and honestly, it misses the point. You shouldn’t be constantly looking for topics that specifically interest him. That’s not how it should work. He should be sitting next to Conan every time Conan talks to celebrities, chiming in with his deadpan remarks. There can be moments where Conan turns to him, and they have their classic back-and-forth, but Jordan needs to be an integral part of the show.

Think of it like Karl Pilkington with Ricky Gervais’ podcasts – Jordan is THAT important. Having him appear once a month is a total waste of one of the funniest duos in media.

And please, stop trying so hard to find “Jordan topics” like breakfast cereals or toilet paper. Conan should just have his usual lineup, and Jordan will naturally bring his unique stories and comments to ANY subject. That’s when the magic happens.

Please – this is gold. Just make it work the way it should. If Conan is interviewing someone important, Jordan HAS to be sitting right there. Always.

Uh Conan, Diego Luna isn’t “from somewhere else.” 🙄 Much of the U.S. was part of Mexico. And we Chicanos ✊🏽see Diego Luna as our brother. He’s family. We look at him and see our neighbor, our cousin, our friend. He is not “the Other.” Diego Luna is one of us‼️

The mistake Disney makes with Star Wars is that think we need lightsabers and Skywalkers and Yodas or it's not Star Wars.

Star Wars is a rich universe, a canvas on which you can tell all kinds of stories in all kinds of settings. The lore set that up for you. You have the big pieces, and you can fill in the gaps around that.

Rogue One and Andor have Mon Mothma and Bail Organa and stuff like that, but they're minor characters in the old movies anyway, and we're following around Casssian and Bix and Dedra and Andy Serkis in an orange jumpsuit.

It was the same with early seasons of Mando. Even in Clone Wars, some of the best material was for Ahsoka or the Dominoes.

Write good stories with good characters first. Then worry about whether it's a good way to squeeze Thrawn back into the canon.

Rogue One is easily the best Star Wars Movie this century. Andor is miles ahead of any other Star Wars project of TV. Gareth Edwards, Tony Gilroy and Diego Luna deserve all the accolades they're getting.

Rogue One is in hindsight in the top 5 Star Wars films, legitimately. I think there's an argument that it's a top 3 film, even. The more grounded approach it took and its ending which essentially launches the original trilogy is masterful writing. Diego Luna is such a talent, such a great presence in films.

When he says "I didn't see someone like me" what does he refer to? Because he is the son of a British mother and a Spanish father… and European descendants in the big screen are the norm.

Andor is such a great show. There's nothing else like it imo. I love it also because it illustrates how our world I mean The Empire works. And the acting is so good!!! Love the whole cast.
