Money. How does that word make you feel? Is it a rush of adrenaline, dollar signs running through your head like a slot machine? Perhaps you feel motivated, ready to send those work emails you’ve been putting off, or spend an extra hour writing that movie script that you’re certain will be a hit. But maybe you don’t feel so good when you hear that word. Maybe the mere mention of money causes your hands to go clammy, your heart rate to rise and your brain to start doing somersaults around all the ways in which you don’t have, need more, want more, money.

    The gold standard leads to fiat currency. You see this time and time again throughout history. I prefer bimetallism using gold and silver. Adding silver provides much more flexibility than gold.

    I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.

    I love historical content but if IT or Thing for whatever it is
    Is made to work against you

    You either can be a cruel so called rich and successful person or find fulfilment beyond materialistic goals

    Wealthy people don't 'keep' their money anywhere; it is invested in assets like companies and commodities. Wealthy people may have a few million dollars in the bank, but the rest will be invested because money itself loses value while stocks and bonds increase in value on average.

    Great video! Moving from the gold standard to the fiat currency could eventually have catastrophic results for the US. Inflation, lack of confidence in the currency, and an insane national debt are already out of control. If the BRICS succeed in alienating the dollar, trillions of US dollars could get repatriated and possibly create record-breaking inflation.
