I am a Native Vietnam vet. I fought in Vietnam at age 19. For me, it is not honoring veterans. it is asking for forgiveness from the Vietnamese.
We killed more than 2 million Vietnamese. McNamara lied about the Gulf of Tonkin event. It never happened.
His lies led to the death of 4 million Indochinese. Natives have to stop participating in America's illegal wars!
Native nations! You do not have to send your sons and daughters to war! Each tribal council should decide if they are
going to participate in America's wars. We are nations! Act like it when it comes to our Native citizens!!
