God, if one exists, is defined under classical theism as a timeless and NECESSARY immaterial mind that exists outside of the Universe. It would require no explanation in a way totally different from the material Universe that exists inside time.

Time and gravity (space) are foundations to dimensions.

Did you just reference the Big Bang as if it had validity? That is interesting. Can you defend that validation?

I love your videos, but I just can’t see how someone as smart as you can’t see the simple truth that like you said every cause has a effect. God(a self existing being) has always been, its absurd to think that if there is a god then he must have been created because th en you fall down the never ending hole of infinite regression. I believe this concept is so hard for us as finite beings to comprehend this because everything we know revolves around time. It’s perfectly clear something cannot come from no-thing. And I’m not talking about Krauss’s nothing which happens to be self contradicting actually nothing.

I love your thoughtfulness in probing the nature of existence. But you, like almost all the philosophers out there, along with almost all other people, never question your own existence. Once it becomes obvious that there is no self then it becomes obvious that all phenomena are empty. There is no inside or outside to anything. No subject or object. And everything that is meaningful to a self and most seemingly real to a self reveal themselves to be non-existence, and therefore non-issues: space, time, causality, along with all human striving for meaning and purpose, whether in the realm of religion, spirituality, politics, social justice, caring for the Earth, or some personal acheivment or desire. All pursuit of meaning only arises for a separate self, and there isn't one. The self is an illusion. Space is an illusion. Time is an illusion. Causality is an illusion. All concepts are delusion. And yet, here it is. What is can never be described, known, understood, even experienced. All of this is nonsense, absurd, and even disturbing to someone who believes they are some one. There is no body and nothing matters. But, all that is, so say speakers of the non dual, is unconditional love (for no one and never to be known by someone). All this will only make perfect sense when there is no one any longer there to make sense of it. The "self," the "someone," the sense that "I" am "here" is the apparent veil that apparentlyhides seeing this as it truly is.
From a non dual speaker:

Hearing this gave me severe goosebumps, now it's your turn. TIME has a secret that nobody is aware of except for the illuminati. There is a certain TIME pattern that holds the true secret of life that NOTHING is more mind blowing than the secret that's hidden in plain sight, it's TIME. Watch whenever you LEAVE or ARRIVE what minute it is and you'll see the secret that will Match every step you take is meant to happen, proven fact. The TIME will tell. Minutes only. This will give you SEVERE enjoyment of life. Don't forget to Watch 🙂.

1) time is a human agreement based upon practical knowledge of the sun and the seasons. So you could make appointments and plan when you want to start growing crops.
Time does exist in various ways. Your bioclock is also time only specified to your body.
Everything and every living creature experience time differently. A flower or a one day fly have short amount of time in our human agreement on time.
But for all we know that day takes forever for that one day fly.

Time is responcible for cause and effect. It allows us to learn from experiences. In the absence of time we experience everything all at once. And that cant teach us anything. We are curious above everything else.

Asking "Who made God" is like asking "Who made the square circle?" It assumes a contradiction. No theologian believes that God was created.
