The three 1992 hair metal ballads that come quickly to mind are
    1) When I Look Into Your Eyes – Firehouse (their #1)
    2) Stand Up (Kick Love Into Motion) – Leppard (not the other Adrenalize ballad)
    3) Love Is On The Way – Saigon Kick (song still kicks serious ass)

So many great ballads from 1991 – GnR, Kix, Steelheart, Ozzy, etc.!! Wanted to include them.

I'd go warrant bitter pill, bon jovi dry county, tigertailz i believe, trixter as the candle burns and even though it didn't come out in this year i'd go for the song 92 by freak of nature. The best music mike tramp ever did in my opinion. I do love white lion though

Hold on to my Heart is a great ballad. Blackie Lawless has such a profound voice and introspective lyrics … His best ballad(at least it starts as a ballad) and vocal performance is " I Can't " from the album "Still not black enough" …

Saw 21 Guns open for Hardline at the Mirage night club in Minneapolis. They were phenomenal. Never heard of them prior to that show but after that show I’ve held them and their first album in high regard.

    Just a great melodic album.

Felt the same way when I saw Bangalore Choir at the Mirage night club back in the day.

Both of those band’s first albums are A++++

The Guru has the best list – if only because Times are Changing and Just Another Night are two ballads that rank up with the best of the genre. They just weren't given the spotlight that they deserved. And completely agree with the inclusion of the ballads mentioned by Sleeze Beez, 21 Guns, Def Leppard, Lillian Axe and Bad 4 Good. And because 1992 was such a great year for ballads, I’ll mention:

    Bed of Roses Bon Jovi

    All your Love Steelheart

    Bitter Pill Warrant

Love Keeps Bringing me Home Von Groove

    Final Resting Place Southgang

Watching the World Go By Gun

To be your Everything Unruly Child

    Days Gone by Slaughter

With Heaven on our Side Foreigner

    Runaway Train Trixter

    Bed of Roses Electric Boys

Guys! I love hearing you rave about Sleeze Beez l. And I know you have brought them to our attention before but… Never a mention of Insanity Beach, their 4th studio Album, that I can remember?!? It's my personal favourite, and if you're going to mention that so-so first album, then at least name-drop their amazing fourth!!!

Cheers from the mighty Netherlands 🇳🇱

Great lists from each of you! One I was surprised wasn't mentioned is the great "I'll Cry For You" by Europe, from the criminally overlooked 'Prisoners In Paradise' album.

EXCELLENT call on Damn Yankees, Anthony!!

Ballads were made because the concerts were a sausage-fest in an effort to attract girls. For the life of me, I cannot understand this channel's fascination with the weakest songs amongst us. 😂

Hold on to my heart one sad song and I love it. I literally broke my second wives heart cause I did a huge mistake and I wish to god didn't mess our 11 yr marriage up. I will always love her. That song is part of us.

So many great albums and ballads with little recognition in the mainstream music back then was just unfortunate. With this channel I have spent so much money on CDs on bands I had never heard of. I have bought about 200 CDs and I blame you😂. Best Channel on YouTube. Thanks

Jeremy is just upset because he failed his audition with Bad for Good.
He refused to let Budnick run his shorts up the flagpole & went and told camp counselor Ugh Lee on him. 🤣
