    Going back to this, I am going to assume that Mary was the one who gifted him the Teddy bear as he never directly said who it was. He just said 'someone very special', like he could've just said his mother or grandmother gave it to him but no he said someone special. As this was probably when he and Mary first started dating as Gianni said in an interview they were together for a few years and its pretty much assume they've been dating since 2021, so like post season 4 and during season 5 production.

    Tanner seems like a really cool person! I love that he has a favorite teddy bear that he can’t go without! I have my own teddy bear that I can’t live without. I bring my bear everywhere with me.

    I literally love my stuffed animal and I still play with action figures & dolls… things I can’t live without most definitely. I probably will never let them go.
