Check out the BLOODY MESS album Dark Daze Unfazed! He does a tribute song to Michael Monroe that i think everyone watching this channel will love ! The album also features members of The Plasmatics.

As a Brit i find it hilarious that three hours away from you in the US is considered local. I live in the north west of England and three hours away is London, which is like another country!
I like Icarus Witch but haven't heard that album. The only one i have heard is Rise.

Please look in the Swedish band Eclipe. They are the best band that could have survived in the 80s and 90s. Great lyrics, singing, and music. Maybe they've covered the but I'm new to this channel.

I liked the second EVERY MOTHER NIGHTMARE more than the debut. Same with TUFF. I do like the debut but the second was at least as good and that one is also from 94 or so. Cool video with some love for newer records. Need to check some of the out. Some of my fave of today are SISTER, CONFESS, CRASHDIET and HARDCORE SUPERSTAR. All bands from Sweden i think. All 80s influences hard&heavy with some glam touches too.

God bless folks like you, Guru, Krash Kourse, and others for keeping these types of artists in the music conversation! You’ve definitely turned me onto some great new (and old but new to me) hard rock and metal bands! This episode alone got me hooked on Sabire! Ice Cold Lust is a bad ass song! Ordering the CD today!

Here are some of the bands I’ve recently discovered and enjoy. Some are from the early 2000’s while others are new or newer bands and just a very brief description.

Nasty Idols (sleaze metal, LA Guns)
One Gun Shy (straight up hard rock)
Sweet Oblivion (Geoff Tate guest vocals)
    Misery (Dokken, Lynch Mob)
Circle II Circle (Savatage Zachary Stevens on vocals)
    Sven Gali (Saigon Kick)
Dark Mile (Lynch Mob guitar licks)
    Human Code (Christian hard rock)
    Maverick (Warrant)
    Wanted (Skid Row, Pyn Siren)
Rock Boulevard (Firehouse, big hooks gang vocals, party anthems)
Fierce Heart (melodic hard rock, AOR with a bit of grit)

I wanna recommend you a newer sleaze hair rock band with a punk edge my band played with called Street Creature, they have music out and might be the only authentic band of that style in my city

Sabire is interesting. They are certainly going for that old school 80s production. The guitar tone reminds me of early W.A.S.P ,Celtic Frost and Icon. I can certainly see why some folks have a problem with all the reverb, but it’s not that big a deal for me….It makes them stand out. I’m still making my way through the album, but so far, I like it.
    Thanks Guru.
