Actually this isn't true, they still outnumber your cells, but not much more. When you poop your microbes will decrease, and there won't be more microbes 🦠 then there are cells. But hours later there number will be back to normal. The real number of human cells is 37.2 trillion, where your microbes 🦠 are 39 trillion, which makes the ratio more like 1 to 1. And 2,812th comment.
