This is definitely poking fun at Rick and Morty; it's definitely referencing in individual mental problems and stuff

Omg THANK YOU. My biggest pet peeve with todays shows is the darkness. The literal darkness where we cant see ANYTHING. Why is that even a trend in hollyweird now?
Its like now that 4K exists, they know we will see special effects flaws so their answer is just to take all of the lighting and put them in the actors cafeteria so we cant see anything thus we cant see the awful effects or "munchkins" hanging themselves on the set behind Dorothy and Lucy while Elmo makes a sandwich with a pink power ranger. And come on! I know we ALL want to see that scene.

Think that tells you how bad the last 15 years of tv has been when you’d rather rewatch a show for the 8th time than some new show. Yes I understand nostalgia has some part but there not many shows made in the last 15 years that you rewatch over and over like friend or office or Star Trek or whatever that 90s 2000s show is you love

Hilarious, Ryan! 👌… Now, watch the Albuquerque Isotopes effect kick in, and someone actually names a show “Plinkerdonkle.”

trust me bro, after around 200 episodes one piece starts to get pretty good. not the best but like it's decent. there are a lot of way better animes especially these days as modern animation has improved so much. but seriously if you just give it about 80 hours you will see just how okay of a show it is.

Exactly the conversation I have with my family about Clone Wars. I'm sorry but I'm not watching 4 seasons to get to a season and a half that are "just perfect."

All right, here’s what I gather happens in Plinkerdonkle:
Season 1: The show opens with a man mourning the brutal murder of his son in the bougie Trauma District of New York, and reveals he has the murder weapon/written confession, or something else entirely (the color grading and sound mixing is prevent us from learning what it is, increasing suspense).
We learn that the murderer is Mr. Donkle, the popular beloved mayor of the trauma district who is also an open psychopath and serial killer but is never arrested despite him bragging openly about his crimes (the show boldly tackles society). The first season is mainly Mr. Plonkle going around and committing atrocities, occasionally impeded by crippling migraines— I mean, mental disorders (the show boldly tackles mental health). Eventually the thing that the grieving father has is brought up after everyone has forgotten about it and the first season ends on a cliffhanger where the police are about the arrest Mr. Donkle.
Season 2: Season 2 is set seven years later and doesn’t resolve the cliffhanger, instead Mr. Donkle is running for reelection in the Trauma District while murdering people he’s trying to win over— it’s all shot in one continuous shot even though it takes place over the course of six months, critics found it disorienting but the technique is hard to pull off.
Season 3: Season 3 picks up right where season 2 ended even though the actor for Mr. Donkle is fifteen years older and going senile. This season ignores the resolution of season 2 in which Mr. Donkle lost the election and received treatment for his mental disorder and instead shows him committing the same atrocities in season 1 (occasionally interrupted by a crippling mental disorder). Then he dies halfway through and the entire Trauma District mourns his death while the police investigate. They reveal the killer was David Donkle, Mr. Donkle’s brother who has not been mentioned until this point. David Donkle kills him by giving him a heart attack.
The rest of the ongoing show follows other unrelated residents of the trauma district, eventually he meet some of Mr. Donkle’s illegitimate children.
Oh, and it’s a black comedy because a lot of messed up things happen in the show.

Few people know that this show was directed by the star of plooperdink, at least at first before he got arrested.
