I've been have cramps in my legs at night. The pain so bad I can't stand it have to get up. Real damage is not happening but sure does feel like it.

I have a vomiting syndrome & my brain will change the flavor & feeling of foods to encourage or discourage eating! It’s pretty wild!

Consciousness is the running operating system exploring the limitations of its hardware, the brain. Layers upon layers of observation create a causality consensus of reality as perceived reality. Part of this reality is thought. so offsprings, mostly adopt or inherit teachings to a point of view that is mostly shared, to navigate and report and record their reality.

Pain is definitely real and has a reason. Telling people pain isn't really and is an illusion can put people at risk of serious harm
