Wolf pack attacks camera
This pack of 6 wolves really thought our camera was pretty special this winter. Luckily, several wolves took their turns chewing on the camera, the camera miraculously came out alright (see the nice video of another wolf in daylight shortly after these wolves left). Other cameras have not been so fortunate!
Most of the wolves in this video are pups, who are usually the worst offenders as it pertains to trail camera vandalism. Undoubtedly, the pups had their fun here. But one adult, likely a breeding animal, also enjoyed a few camera bites, which is less common.

Wolves are such incredibly beautiful, complex animals. I love to hear them sniff at the camera. We must protect these animals and let them live. 💕🐺
