After playing SPENT I'm just really happy I live in Norway where everything needed for basic survival is provided by the government. It just blows my mind that some people actually live like that, struggling every day to keep their head above the water, being at the mercy of their employers. I managed to make it through the month with $873 to spare, but not without declining everything which did not directly contribute to by income or the basic survival of me and the kid.
Let's hope someone like Bernie takes office one day so that may change.
