   Regarding Metal, although it was from 2024, I was amazed by Absolute Elsewhere's innovation. Finally, a style where they go electronic, and other places. But where all the instrumentation choices made sense and fitted well. Also, they appealed to my often short attention span in genre.

   Cuz, tho it might differ in how often, good music can be found in any. And fusing genres is often a good approach for massive creativity. Like when two artists collab when coming from different styles, and you end up with something new neither would ever have come up with on their own.
