On Today’s Episode:

Do you enjoy the snooze alarm game? A lot of people you know including yourself do. It’s kind of fun but mostly torture. For 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your level of expertise, you get to see how many times you will hit the snooze button and sleep in 5 or 10 minute intervals before having to jump out of bed and mad dash through the morning to get ready.

Every day, you wake up exhausted, you don’t get to the most important thing you told yourself the night before you would do first thing in the morning, your energy is low before noon and by 3 PM you’re begging yourself for a nap.

The key to breaking this cycle to start waking up at the time you want and need to is having the habits and routines built in place that make you so efficient that success becomes inevitable.

You don’t have to struggle every morning to get up early, you don’t need to set an alarm every night before bed to get up in the morning on time, and you don’t have to suffer through your days forever tired.

This is the video you need to hear to truly understand, how hardcore is hardcore for Tom Bilyeu when it comes to being the founder of a billion dollar company?

A few simple strategies you can start with right now are:

Go to bed same time (every day)
Do not use an alarm
Sleep as much as you need (it’s that important)

QUOTES:

“Your life will change forever the moment you decide to go to us early and really attack your day.”

“The snooze alarm says that you’ve not gotten control of your evenings.”

“You don’t need time to unwind, you are creating a torture cycle for yourself. You need a method for shutting your brain off.”

“I define truth as the thing that most efficiently moves you towards your goal.”

“My life is an exact reflection of my choices and that I made my day a little bit worst by not doing what I said I was going to do.”

“Boredom kills more dreams than failure I promise you.”

if you don’t wanna get up early for a deeper cause then okay, do you. but don’t come on these type of videos with the negativity. everyone has their own reasonings behind their decisions. if someone wants to wake up at 3 to work on their goals or go to the gym before clocking into work then kudos.

I never got this get up super early stuff. You dont get more time a day. I work at a hospital and get up 04:00 every day. If anything it hurts my sosial life and love life with my girlfreind since i have to go to bed at 8 o'clock. Not recomended for me at least. But lovemy job so I keep with it. But living out of synk with the rest of the world if your a social and family person sucks. This was 10 times worse during my education I would learn so much better if I didnt have too get up at 5 oclock. This whole argument is more a morning person vs night owl thing. I always did my best studying later.

    DON'T FIGHT THE SYSTEM! ( Render it Obsolete🤔 ):

    – GENERATE Our Own Energy.

    – STORE Our Own Energy.

    – CREATE Our Own Energy Currencies.

    – SOLVE Our Own National Debt .

    Ftw….

Hey, how's it going? My days start to at 4:am, I've been trying to build good habits. Without nocturnal life, nor watching tv until late, are some my new rules to live better than before. A warm greeting from afar.😊😊

Ok he is clear just repeating bro science. Sleep scientists have been extremely clear there is no basis for the claims around avoiding blue light. It was one result from a study with a very small cohort which found a tiny tiny benefit – now taken out of context because nobody bothers to look act the actual evidence anymore. Echo chambers repeating misunderstanding.

Worst piece of advice ever: not to do good things if you aren’t passionate about them. Many people are often lacking passion for volunteering but they gain other benefits from sticking to their commitment and helping society. Doing things to address climate change also essential. We all need to do our part.

Lol. "Get more work done" etc etc.. I work at night when u ppl are asleep 🤣 i dont get this "wake up to get ahead" bullshit.

Just sleep however u get the most out of your day is my message, ppl are different.

The most important thing is to go to bed the same time and to wake up the same time. There is no science proving that waking up early will change your life for the better as we all have different things going on.
