    I have never seen any restaurants that severed truffle and I have been to plenty of restaurants I just can’t find it. Also if they have truffle why do the servers still have to wear t shirts like peasant

    Anyone else notice that the math is off? $300/oz = $10.59/g. Times 5 grams per serving, it costs the restaurant $52.93 per serving, yet they’re selling it for only $45. They’d lose almost $8 per order
