    I took a nap at like 7PM and didn’t set an alarm because I thought someone from my family would check on me and wake me up. Here I am, at 11:30 in the afternoon, just taking glory in the fact that my sleep schedule is absolutely wrecked and I’m probably going to be tired at school

    Just you doctors be careful not to blame every symptom on people having no structure in their life, just because you're often clueless about the scientific reasons for medical problems. Fatigue can make it impossible for people to have structure in their lives. You doctors don't know how each individual feels anyway both physically and mentally etc. Too many doctors just take the easy way out and call people who are suffering unmotivated and blame their lifestyle for everything just because you are clueless about what's going on medically. People are suffering out there so watch your step. No matter how educated you are you will never know what it feels like to suffer, so don't be so quick and callous to assume it's people's lifestyle to blame. Poor health prevents a lifestyle so get smarter about medical science rather than be so ignorant. Allergy can cause fatigue, so can hurt feelings, the brain, the atmospheric pressure of the weather, the immune system, some people are affected by the moon, millions of reasons, so don't assume you know everything. Unlimited things to be discovered. It's you doctors that are often the ones that are unmotivated to do scientific medical research and have some compassion for people who are suffering too.

    Lately, I've been trying to sleep as much early as I can so I will not feel tired during the day. I'm a college student, and my classes start at 9am. I have a lot of deadlines and I finish them late at night around 3-4am. Although during the day, I felt sleepy, not concentrating and not in mood to do anything. Recently, I've been sleeping earlier around midnight 12am, wake up around 8 am, which made me feel happier and less tired during the day. I became more active and productive. I think sleeping earlier is important, no matter how many hours of sleep you get. Sleeping early and waking up early will really boost you.

    Since a young age, I have noticed that I am a night owl. My brain works really well at night hours. I tried to become a morning person, but I fell back to sleep every time. I assume that not having a consistent sleep schedule might have caused it, and I would like to follow a sleep routine for one month and see the results. Please let me know if you have any life hacks about waking up early.

    I’m one of those people who are always tired for some reason. Even though I don’t always show it or say that I’m tired when I am happy or excited, but I am constantly tired a lot. I am even tired when I am at school and at marching band.

    Nice information, thank you so much! I agree with some point for instance poor diet and anxiety will make you feel tired, because that is truly me. It makes me feel tired and lazy especially during daytime. I hope i can change my habit.

    Thanks to Linguamarina channel for suggest me to watch ted, now I am be able to practice my english and gain a lot of good information.

    Number one reason why I’m always tired…school I constantly think about oh what it’s gonna be like the next day at school & youKnow what that next day will be Bad just like every other so then I just get tired by thinking about it 😑😑😑😑god πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ‘ΊπŸ‘ΊπŸ‘ΊπŸ‘ΊπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

    i know someone with delayed sleep syndrome which is similar to being a night owl but not the same thing. a person with delayed sleep syndrome often experience fatigue when on a 9-5 schedule but when they have the ability to sleep late (around 1-4 am) and wake up late they display normal sleep habits and aren’t tired (i’m not an expert so go research this yourself)

    Heya wow, here at Germany every 6th is depressed or went trough depression at least once. Yea…PRESS your FEELINGS DOWN…NO JOY NO HAPPINESS NO VALUE…for example can cause depression. Anger , Sadness, Depression it is not ILLNESS BUT IT WANTS TO SHOW that there is a LACK OF HAPPINESS and VALUE…and you missed to fill your soul with thous things. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depression
