Of all the characters you do, your "weird guy" has always been the best. So many people who stumbled on one of those videos, believed he was real and not a character you do, in the comments. I know I did. I know you're probably sick of that one and really want to expand the characters, but I think building different characters off that one would have the best effect. It seems like you connect with that character the most too, because you're just in the zone.
You could warp 'Weird guy' into other types of similar, but different characters. Like a crazy religious guy who's always giving prophesies. Or a guy who's in his own little world, and always responds with random things when people talk to him, that have absolutely nothing to do with what was said or asked. Weird guy already seems to have tourette ticks "I don't know", so maybe a full tourettes guy who says things that might get him in trouble or arrested. Ya, there's a lot of tourettes videos/characters on youtube, but there's no such thing as too much tourettes.
