15:02 more just murder, they are trained, they use those tools each day. He knew 100% what the risk was and acted out of malice to bully him. Took a father away from his young children because they didnāt like his status.

I had a kid knock and ditch one time. I stepped outside, made eye contact with him and we just stared like that for about 30 seconds. He never did it again.

As somebody who works in a metalworking factory, I hesitate to use compressed air to clean my clothes off at the end of the day. I can't even begin to imagine having compressed air shot up my rear let alone doing that to a coworker

If he was a veteran, did anyone screen him for mental health issues like PTSD? Why was he originally released? Did the knocking trigger an episode?
It's a lot that's left unanswered other than "adult shoots child". I'm not saying he deserves less of a punsihment but I am saying, there is definitely more left unsaid
