Most of those issues he listed could have been solved or prevented by government. Now the main problem with US government is that in the US we have a 2 party system. That means something like our last housing crisis which was created because housing was easily the strongest component of our economy. Consequently Corporations and Wealthy individuals took advantage of low rates and massive liquidity and leverage were used to for the wealthy to get richer.
We knew there was a problem we had plenty of data 📈
However, we failed to act and both Republicans and Democrats allowed the wealth was transferred.
Very easy fix that we didn’t need AI for. Instead AI was used to accelerate the acquisition of the most desirable homes.
So it’s not about AI it’s about who controls it and what they do with it. Essentially the same conundrum we’ve always had.
So unless AI makes humanity more moral and ethical we are just F&@!? harder and faster.
Just trust us bro 😎 is going to collapse Western Society completely.
Sam Altman is a POS and these plans to gut western civilization is nothing more than a ripoff of humanity.
They take our creations, our creativity, our protections, our legal system, our humanity our money and ultimately our freedom and ultimately hand it over to just a few people.
That seems to be the 100% in opposition to the constitution.
If someone can explain how that matches up with Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness or the anti Tyranny rant contained in the Declaration of Independence I’m listening.
If you’re a Christians or just a fan of ancient Wisdom Writings let me give you a hint.
The mark of the beast is pretty easy it’s the tokenization of everything and ascribing a value to it. That includes things that are physical as well as our choices. The fact that AI at its worst could track and incentivize or manipulate our freedom is the opposite of humanity.
The second amendment exists as a warning to Tyrants and gives the people the freedom and power to oppose Tyranny but when the government supports it who’s going to allow those rights and humanity to exist.
We are heading to some mad max type stuff. What’s the end game? Control, Inequality, Suffering.
