Close calls with whales happen more often than you might expect. And although the people in these videos got away relatively unscathed, there’s no denying that they were just meters away from becoming a whale’s lunch. But what would happen if they hadn’t been so lucky? Could a human body survive being swallowed by a whale? Has it ever happened before?

It actually happened somewhat recently, although they weren't swallowed they were in the whales mouth and got spit out.

Not to throw a wrench or discredit you, but there were reports and actual legit footage of people being swallowed. However, they survived because the whale found them disgusting or something. I can't remember how they got out of the whale. I definately remember one case on the news were a Kayaker had been whale watching, somehow it wanted to play, and by play that meant launching him and his kayak into the water where it swallowed him. I guess he was in the whale (Not sure the specifics) for like five minutes or more? I'd have included this, because supposedly it's not exactly uncommon. Usually the whale finds you disgusting and throws you up or something to that effect.

Their anatomy makes it almost impossible.
A sperm whale swallowed a guy. A crew killd it, cut it open, n he was blind. Looking scientifically, a man couldn't liv.

A blue whale holding 400-500 people in its mouth is a ridiculous claim. I donāt believe it could hold 400-500 fairies, leprechauns, or human infants in its mouth.
