Um, if the black hole is traveling at the speed of light, ie, the speed of causality, no one on earth would ever see the effects in the stars, Jupiter, etc, because the time it takes to see it would be the exact time the black hole reaches earth. Being this blatantly wrong and skirting over the most important, fundamental law of physics is … sloppy, to say the least.

It wouldnt weigh as much as a mountain, it would have as much mass as a mountain. Weight is the effect of gravity and in this case, earth's gravity pulling on you. @WhatIf
