I have smoked for 53 years and just quit cold turkey. I prayed to GOD to help me and he did. I didn't have any nicotine cravings and it was pretty easy for me . It's been over one month since I smoked and I still can't believe I finally quit. . I will never smoke again. Good luck to everyone who wants to quit.

I only smoke 6 or 7 roll ups a day but thr problem i have when i quit is the increase in appetite . I just get so hungry .Stopping myself being hungry is probably one of the main reasons i smoke . Though i feel better when i quit .

I smoked heavy for over 50 yrs, the more you smoke a day , the harder it is to quit, I got a prescription for Verenicline from Dr. it made quitting easy for me,it’s been at least 7 months for me, I’m still coughing up phlegm

Smoked for 2 years, a pack a day. Been 2 weeks since I quit — not gonna lie, it’s way easier now. First week sucks, but after that you barely crave it ik its not ez to quit but its not hard either try to sirvive 1 week and everything else gonna be ez😅

I'm at 6 weeks after quitting vaping. Today I'm having shortness of breath which I don't understand, but I imagine it'll get better.

Strangely, it's been a month but I still get the urge to have a smoke, even a regular cigarette. Though I've hated the taste of those ever since switching to vaping, and especially now. But the thought crosses my mind. Thankfully though, the cravings aren't as bad as when I first put it down.

Relapsed after two years of not smoking or consuming any nicotine. I vaped again for almost a year. Quitting again and im coming back to this video to remind myself how my body is healing and the progress im making. It’s day four, a lot easier than the other times I’ve quit but still hard of course.

Ive been vaping and smoking for over 5 years, i was in freshman year of high school and now im almost 20 years old. If you're reading this comment please. Don't pick it up…the amount of money, time, and stress that it will cost is not worth it. Your lungs are the one of the most important organs in your body. If someone offers you a cigarette, vape, or anything in that category. DO. NOT. PICK. IT. UP. Just decline nicely and simply say "no thank you". If they start pressuring you, walk away. If your friends peer pressure you to do something you dont wanna do. Find new friends who encourage and support your decisions

Been smoking since 17 but I take months off at times and always relapse with blunts and wraps. Was smoking herb cigs from China and stopped for after months. I'm 37 now and wanna quit for good now.
