NORMALLY I think that all the "rich people secretly eat babies' brains!" stuff is a psiop. The literally most innocent explanation I can think of is they're really talking about drugs or, more likely, about abusing children not eating them "all I eat is one thing" meaning "I don't have sex with adult women, get me children". The drugs angle fits for how they talk about it but there's a few strikes against it. Epstein was not known to be a drug addict, Also the language used would imply he has a drug cook on the payroll so to speak but that would be really weird and if he did it would be notable! He's not likely to be a bathtub meth addict, and if he had a close friend with a lab I feel like it would have made the news, plus there would be other signs. Besides all that the drugs reasonably makable in a situation like he's talking about by a guy who was not an experienced chemist but was trained is a small list. Methamphetamine of course,

So that's "drugs" ruled out… Maybe it meant assaulting, not eating, young girls? Well, why would you choose "jerky" as your codeword for "sexual partners"? Also the way they talk about it doesn't sound like they're talking about pimping/trafficking because it sounds like this was something you had to make in advance and that could be taken by someone else to a destination — awkward phrasing for child abuse.

I am very careful of the possibility of extreme claims being used to discredit and almost as a kind of disproof against accusations towards Epstein. But at the same time there is no innocent interpretation of the very words the man wrote! Attempts to stretch them and beat them into shape until you can call them innocent strain belief more than the plain claim that he was a cannibalistic pedophile rubbing shoulders with the world's elite and powerful!
