Warning From UPS… Something Bigger Is Happening

A Homestead Journey | July 19, 2026

Warning From UPS… Something Bigger Is Happening. A major development at one of America’s largest companies has people asking what it could mean for workers, businesses, and the economy. Is this simply a company making changes, or is it another sign that something much bigger is unfolding? In this video, we’ll break down what’s happening, why it matters, and what it could signal for the months ahead.

I’ve been through this before. I would recommend taking the buyout and investing it. What happened to the place I was at is that after people pass the date of buyout they started bringing temporary workers then that were cheaper with no benefits and eventually the place closed
    Z.
It may be all robots in the future there I would take the buyout

You, meaning all of us, are viewed as 🐀🐀 on a wheel & they keep making it go faster till you jump off or fall off from exhaustion. AND you aren't going anywhere anyway! The 🌏 shifted in 2020 & it shifted again in 2026. But this is how the elites designed it. The New World Order is about to start. Thankfully I know where I'm going 🌏✈

They were offering more experienced employees who worked at social security buyouts because it's easier than firing them in a govt job. This administration is gutting and privatizing federal business. Watch what happens to the forest service and our national lands. Project 2025.

UPS just bought a company Roadie. It is the uber of Delivery. No union, no heath care, no benifits at all. They started it last year in the United Kingdom to get ris of all the big brown trucks there Iit works there it will be here in the USA soon.

Been happening for decades they buyout layoff or fire the expensive people ie people who predate contracts and are paid more.

After they clear house on expensive workers not management they hire new people at reduced rates or utilize contractors part timers if not more automation later maybe drones AI etc.

If you aren't locked in with a pension you can live off with social security use the buyout to cover you for a new career like a trade or something in person that is and a robot can't kick you out for the time you need to work and retire.

When the buyouts end they'll just close facilities layoff people etc no check.

Looks to me like the quality of employees has drastically declined. No wonder UPS wants to thin the heard. They can't find hard working people anymore. I get it.

I work for UPS as a fill in What ever needs to be done transport from the air port , package delivery , possessing where ever they are short I only get a high hourly no other benefits. This was in the makings after 2020 Fed X and USPS have been pulling down there pants to get business. Fed X only pays 17 to 20hr postal pay have dropped So UPS is quickly becoming noncompetitive.

Huge red flag is when Trump became president. Of course he was going to make a way for the rich to get richer. No such thing as checks and balances when most of the politicians are on the same team

Entitled employees and the union are why the jobs are leaving. This is why Amazon started it's own delivery fleet. Pay attention folks. Many UPS employees work very hard and loading trucks and delivering things is tough but it is UPS's business, they have to make a profit. Fire the union and compete. The drivers make 50 an hour, way too much.

I hope you understand yes your human and a woker just feeding a black box/a machine. You have no control of the output or of any importance to that company. They will find others to replace you. The machine will keep running you wont. The days of being with any company and parasitic govt for 20yr plus are gone. Hint hint study the economies abroad this is where you CEOs and politicans travel and get ideas on how to screw us. Question your loyalty

Oh woah is me!……….Why does this generation think getting laid off is a new thing?.. i got laid off in the early 80's with ZERO compensation…now they get $150k…. much better than how we had it

My brother took a ‘buyout’ back in the day from GM! Worst move he could’ve made! He has struggled financially ever since! The $150k may sound like the lottery, but with the cost of living expenses continuing to rise, the $$$ won’t last long…..then what!🤷‍♀️Best just to stay in the game until it is literally ‘game over!’ You lose either way!🤷🏻
