TSA Officers Have a Dire Warning for America

More Perfect Union | November 4, 2025

First Trump tore up the union contract covering 47,000 TSA workers. Then he did the same for almost a million more federal workers.

Now TSA workers are sounding the alarm.

They warn Trump is putting our safety in jeopardy — and it could lead to another 9/11.

More Perfect Union’s mission is to build power for working people. Here’s what that means:

We report on the real struggles and challenges of the working class from a working-class perspective, and we attempt to connect those problems to potential solutions.

We report on the abuses and wrongdoing of corporate power, and we seek to hold accountable the ultra-rich who have too much power over America’s political and economic systems.

Republicans have historically been anti-union, and yet he voted for trump anyway. I have zero sympathy for him. If there are layoffs, the trumpies should go first.

Hey TSA officers, flight controllers, supermarket employees, bus drivers, bank employees, warehouse workers, truckers, IT workers: How about staying all at home Monday morning and tell your government that you care as less for them as they care for you?

So our government is shut down because a number of people who work for the government don't agree with certain policies and want to prevent anything changing from what they want.
The Legislative branch is basically on strike.
As they are federal workers that means they all lose their jobs and new people will come in to replace them right?.
People are litteraly refusing to do their jobs while failing to give up those jobs and preventing others doing theirs so what is the difference outside of the government shutdown causing infinitely more damage and affecting hundreds of millions more people.

"Did I know this was going to hurt America?"
You have 70 years of Trump being a total POS publicly and for at least 55 of them the enire country agreed he was greedy creepy scum who abused the law.
Maybe you should explain why you thought Trump had somehow magically changed and things would go differently.
You literally had an entire lifetime of proof of who he was in front of you at all times and you deluded yourself into thinking he was the opposite.

The country is divided by the haves and have nots of many things. Most often, money comes to mind with that phrase, but another big one is have you or have you not grown up in a house filled with books.

This guy voted to bring hardship to other people, not him. How dare Trump bring suffering to his life, that was only supposed to be for immigrants, black, and brown people. Imaging the nerve of Trump doing this to a good white man like him. Oh, shut up. You voted for this now live with it. All my sympathy is being used up for the immigrants who are being kidnapped off the streets by Trump's Gestapo.

"An America that I keep safe everyday?"

I'm telling you man. Those mini shampoo bottles and nail clippers are gonna end up taking over our entire country and ushering in an age of personal hygiene.

Chaos is exactly what Trump wants so you don’t ask him about the Epstein files and so he can stay out of jail the only reason he ran for president thanks maggots

Yeah. This is exactly what Trump wants. He is looking to use any excuse to declare martial law and extend his attacks on Americans and their democracy. A significant terror attack on US soil would fit that bill. TSA needs to choose what side they are on.

The mea culpa is a result of psychological distance, too little too late but it means as long as the results of their decisions are far enough off their willing to convince themselves its all OK.

ALL NON MAGAts SHOULD TOTALLY CHOOSE ONE DAY FOR US ALL TO COLLECTIVELY LAY OUT OF WORK AND SIT @ HOME FOR ONE DAY. SPEND NO MONEY @ ANY STORE, ANY BUSINESS, ANY PRODUCT OR ANY SERVICE. JUST ONE DAY.

Why would they need the TSA when they already have a digital system of surveillance in place that is going to do their jobs with 100% accuracy? It's just not the TSA – most of our jobs are not going to be needed. The government is cutting the fat and going to make us completely dependent on them unfortunately.

bobby is so dumb and failed to use critical thinking or common sense, and I don't think he deserves any kind of forgiveness. I try to find it but my God, he's so dumb and ugly it hurts.

Wasn't the TSA a massive failure in terms of stopping attacks and illegal stuff from passing thru? (And why would you cut funding and kill unions instead of up their requirements/training)
