Trump Says US Has ‘Natural Conflicts’ With Canada

President Donald Trump said he expects the US and Canada can “get there” on a resolution to end their dispute over sectoral tariffs on steel, aluminum and autos. Speaking in the Oval Office with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Trump described the disagreements between the countries as “natural conflicts” because they’re competing for the same business.

    they hire a saudi decorator for the oval? trump's gas lighting never ends. he's the only problem with the Canada/u s relationship. you see, it was working but if something works, he thinks there' something wrong with it. this is a guy who had his high end gambling casinos go belly up. very difficult to do.

    That’s right the tectonic plates grinded our two nations together 1.45 billion years ago and we’ve got to learn to live together. After all our two nations have been negotiating laws and regulations to make us both profitable for over two hundred years ago.

    We are not at natural conflicts with Canada. And anyone who sees it that way is not a diplomatic nor business oriented president . You want to compete then give the best incentives to stay or cone here but dont get mad and vindictive when soneone gives a better deal . Itd been cheaper for all americans had you done that. I stead of verbally talking smack about them in the news and deliberately trying to hurt their country and her people just cuz in you were bested in a business deal

    It's sad & offensive the way Trump treats Canada… Canada has always been a good neighbor and ally to United States and look how he's treating them. Very sad 😔

    Why Bloomberg did add the word love with ther rest of the president's statement maybe because is not going to generate the same amount of clicks,
