Obamacare was actually crafted by the republican majority in Congress. During Joe Biden's State of the Union address, MTG shouted out and agreed to support Obamacare. We haven't seen any republican proposals or plans to improve health care, only to eliminate health care coverage. 80% of Americans want to continue health care as is, not destroy access. And the other 20% is going to realize what's going on pretty soon and also turn against the trump shutdown.
