The REAL problem is a military that simply refuses to follow the constitution. The constitution is CLEAR. Only congress can declare war. Trump himself… has called this a war. There is no doubt the founding fathers would consider this a war. What SHOULD have happened is the military simply refusing to follow unconstitutional orders. Trump says ATTACK IRAN… The military says "where is the congressional approval for that action as prescribed in the constitution?" No approval… military doesn't even fuel the jets. We have a military comprised of sociopaths who have no loyalty to the constituion whatsoever. They follow illegal unconstituional orders without question. If we had an ethical military that could follow the constution they would have the courage to tell the president his orders mean NOTHING without congressional approval.
