Canadian politics is just blatantly copying American politics at this point. The leader seeking re-election is forced out by internal pressure after slumping polls and public opinion? So unoriginal.

I was just recalling the points discussed from this video after recent election. Something that almost felt assured contrasting with how it went down.

With all due respect… maybe it's best that you stick to history, your predictions stink. It's smarmy videos like this, that make me question the objectivity of your other history videos.
Sorry for this negativity, I really do appreciate and love most of your other videos.

I just really hope we don't get a majority concervative government. I truly believe no government should be a majority.
As I have been traveling the US recently more, I realize how bad I would like to move, and work there! They literally get paid more, have affordable housing, and the "you have to pay for healthcare" trope is bs as, at the end of the day we pay alot for it, it's a slow and broken process, you will likely croak before even getting seen or helped. Most jobs in the US also seem to have healthcare benefits anyways.
Why stay in Canada? If nothing can change positively, we're going to sink down further, and faster.

Im waiting to see how JJ MCwoke will justify the Hunter biden pardon. You gonna love when the elitist democratic media does everything in its power to keep the establishment in power

Couldn't the new LIberal leader be sufficiently popular not to win outright perhaps but to have enough strength to form a left/left-center government with another party (parties). It doesn't seem so far-fetched, since the Conservative leader would seem to have only limited appeal. Indeed, his greatest appeal might have been "not Trudeau." And in that case, a Trudeau comeback doesn't seem out of the question.

Thoughts on Singh going back yet again on his statements that NDP will pull support and actually delay no confidence (support the government in parliamentary no confidence votes at least once more) because NDP is so small and still not ready financially for a federal election?

I mean at this point as as a outsider (Australian) its seems like justin Trudeau is just insulting Canadians bye not just steping down and calling a vote he just seems to be putting you all into political instability for only self serveing resons i mean mr pollive probably has some issues but i wolud love to have a politician like that here in Australia that listens to people and whants to make life better houseing cheaper food cheaper ect makeing so i can save some money

Parliamentary politics consistently seems so much less democratic and fair than Congressional politics. Your head of government has the ability to dismiss your legislative body, hold snap elections at-will, the members of his party MUST vote according to his will or else the government is dissolved, and you don’t have the right to directly elect the head of your government (nor your head of state because you are a monarchy). It’s a very bizarre system to me as an American. But if Canada and the rest of the British Commonwealth is happy with it then I suppose it’s none of my business.

The people hate him! His family cant go to the store without people sayin stuff. If i was related to him, i would kick his ass for being selfish and making us look bad. Imagine if you had a family member pissing off the entire country using your last name. He is a moron!

I'm from the US, but am ethnically Canadian. My dad and I used to be political junkies. I more on the left him more on the right . Ever since American politics got kinda scary we've found ourselves debating Canadian politics more.

I don't care for this. Trudeau is a Nepo adult who makes very bad decisions. But Poulivre is just a lobbyist. Congratulations on yet another Oligarchy, folks.

Nothing says "im only in this for myself" quite like making a mockery of the national political system for your own benift at the expense of the population.

God I'm Canadian, but some of the ways you pronounce things just makes me laugh until I p*ss myself dry. lmao. Schedule and about are the biggest offenders. It's like you're trying to travel back to Middle English, where they pronounced every vowel and consonant.

How do we tolerate thise slimy politicians without even a huntbof revolt or consequences? Suspend parliament to protect their chairs? What is the parliament for? We dont need a parliament circus obviously! Dont fool urselves Canadians, we have a 3rd world country in every sense of that term.
