How good AI systems at recognising anomalies in humans lifes, and how good they are at sooving this not usual situations, conditions and environments.
Does there exist daily monitoring for this persons globally in each city and village. What devices could help in this? ❤

What happens when these humanoid robots tip over? Can it pick itself up? How durable ate they. If my child accidentally knocks it over, will impacts dislodge or break components. What if they get wet? Run out of battery power. How long will it last before needing charge? Are they confined to the home? What if a person gives it a firearm? What is the estimated lifespan? What do you do if it malfunctions or stops functioning completely? Most importantly is there a kill switch? All of these presentations are too vague about any sort of actual specs or capabilities. All I am seeing are glorified animatronic like machines that remind me of Chucky Cheese. Task specific robotics make sense for efficiency and safety. These humanoid robots are not actually doing anything that would help or save a person time. Its going to become an obstacle in the home. You can hire cleaning service for 1/3 of the robots actual cost.

The human gets paid for his work, which he spends on the work of others,
the robot gets no money, ergo it will not spend it.
Conclusion, either there will be billions of unemployed,
or mankind will shop for free and have fun!

A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

I find that they are too slow to be of any use to humans at this point in time. I realize that they are in the infantry stage now, but it will be a while before they can be totally useful. Work on the walking, speed, and move ability. It's like a brain trapped in a metal pipe.

Not sure why unitree G1 isn't on the list?
At 16k READY NOW, it might not be perfect but it's ready and the 1st one available for anyone in mass production. To me this takes it out of the lab and trials and paces the way for their next upgraded version!

Atlas2 is the most advanced of all robots. It has the greatest strength, it is the fastest and its design does not have the limitations of movement like a human, like other robots. Atlas2 would dismantle other robots in a moment. In the future, thanks to its agility, it will be possible to program it for hand-to-hand combat.

I ask myself “what will humans be doing in the future if robots are doing all the dirty work?”, how will people earn money to live?

‘I Robot’ springs to mind. Using AI voiced narration isn’t very clever when it can’t pronounce the height as feet and inches.

Given the current state of these robots I'm not talking about now, but anywhere in the next 10-15 years the working class is gonna be so cooked. As these robots become faster, more dexterous, get better at physical labor, and become cheaper to produce and maintain, they'll put us out of jobs by the millions. None of this is to the benefit of the poor; people talk about robots and AI freeing people up to live lives of leisure and pursue things they actually care about, but that luxury will only exist for those who can afford them. Meanwhile the poor will get poorer as there'll be less work to go around and will be forced into taking whatever horrible jobs are left just to survive. And many won't. Imagine a workforce that you don't have to pay, that doesn't really get sick or have any of the messy personal attachments regular humans have (child/elder care, disabilities, etc), that will eventually be more productive than any human, so on and so on. Corporations are salivating, and eventually no one else will even be able to buy their shit. We need a massive restructuring of society or things are going to get *dark*.

Robots are very slow. I don't know how they will be very helpful to society. I haven't heard or read yet about this issue. As robots become more able to walk, talk, and move at a pace closer to being human, I know I will fear them.

I enjoyed the video and summaries. I would like to see the maintenance costs for charging, parts replacements, accessories, upgrades….and how the robots handle stairs in multilevel homes, outdoor environments around grass, trees, gardens, uneven pavements, more real world applications. How about a review of exoskeletons for stroke victims, paralyzed individuals, geriatric patients….the real world list goes on.
Thank you for the videos.

I have noticed that all these Robots have a similar theme behind them, Aka slow and steady.
now I don't mean that Robots should do things very fast, but the fact that all these Robots do things slowly, may it be walking or just doing a task, makes me wonder if the Ai itself in them is not fast enough to be able to perform fast actions, hence the slow moments.

Robots are also being used in workplaces to perform repetitive, time-consuming or dangerous tasks, freeing up workers to focus on more creative and complex tasks.

If no! Then…
How the F do you rate something you have no experience with or even seen personally?

These robots could be cutting edge of second industrial revolution. First revolution was large machines. Displacing agricultural and textile jobs.
These smaller robots could replace every job. Free labor, then we could compete in manufacturing with cheap labor countries.
@VultureXV

One thing I feel needs an extreme level of scrutiny is assuring that these robotics are actually independent on their own and not necessarily Mechanical Turks, or people wearing VR headsets and piloting the robotics from far away.

Instead of designing these to take away people's jobs in factories, maybe they should focus instead on building these robots to do things around the house. For senior citizens or for people who don't have time to keep their house clean. Building these robots to be companions for senior citizens and for people who need maids or butlers but can't afford them is a much better investment.
