This tiny device could reforest the entire planet

AsapSCIENCE | October 24, 2024

This device corkscrews itself into the ground like a seed, and could just change the face of our planet! They are a newly created autonomous aerial seed that have some really cool and weird implications.

This is not new nothing on is new this is a copy of wath the plants doing for propagate is own species. Is inteligent ideia but not extraordinary. Yes can give a little hellp on some but not to save the world. To start all new generations have to go the phisical work on fields and do the job to plant and grow the plants, second hand they have to learn to save the planet stop the agressive harvesting and consume less or better do not throu out food

The Forest Service needs to fund this to stop climate change. Washington should manufacture and sell this product to other countries to reduce the federal deficit. Elon Musk could use this product with other robots that terraform Mars for future human habitation. This tree seeding robot could easily be dispensed by way of drones. Mars has an underground ocean. Atmospheric pressure would sustain water at the surface. A solar radiation shield would need to be developed (possibly magnetize the core somehow by cosmic polarity radiation or a space orbiting shield).

Its so typical of modern science. Solving nonexistent problems with over-engineered oddities. Heres a way to fix it properly. Employ people to plant trees. Done. Create jobs and still get it done without some dumb gimmick to raise the cost astronomically
