I think that it's obvious that a human body can not consume that much food in one sitting dnd keep it down. Her content is fake. Forget about the calories and her weight that's that's completely aside the point.

Side note why do Brands reach out to creators and then tell them hey you make a commercial for us you posted and will pay you some money. Like WTF why don't y'all write film and act out your commercial send it to me and I will put it on my page for a price. Otherwise they should be paying you for writing acting filming editing an ad for them.
Is it me am I the drama?

There’s a science to it. Before I almost died from drinking booze I balanced it in my calories everyday with the LoseIt app and made sure I burned x amount of calories so I could have my booze and drink it too. She could be fasting and dieting most of the time+extreme workouts, then having a re-feed and filming it. She could do that once per week and would still look the way she does. Just saying. 🤷🏻‍♀️

While I don't necessarily think these people are eating that it is perfectly possible to do that and gain no weight. I once ate 6,000 calories a day for six months and I stayed the same 90lbs I've been my entire adult life. If I eat 1000 calories a day, I'm also 90lbs. I hate food, so I aim for the 1000 per day, since the result is the same either way. Why? Two reasons. Your body has a preferred weight. Everyone's is different. Mine is apparently 90lbs. If I eat more food my metabolism speeds up, if I eat less it slows down, even to starvation mode. The second reason is that I have IBS-D. The more food I eat, the more diarrhea I have. I always have diarrhea anyway, but the food leaves at the same rate in went in, barely digested due to further health problems in my stomach. I don't get the nutrition out of the food no matter how much I eat. And that is why I've had a perfect looking body for the past 30 years. If I could have a food wish it'd be the same as yours, except I would just stop eating. When you associate every food you eat with nausea, indigestion, diarrhea, acid reflux, and bladder pain, the taste of everything turns bad. If you are lucky enough to enjoy food, don't be jealous of those of us who never get fat no matter how much we eat. We are suffering on the inside. And for the few healthy girls out there who are getting away with this while young, that won't last long.

i used to eat like the first girl because i was superfat as a child to the point where i distended my stomach. so even after going through puberty & naturally losing all the weight, i ate like an absolute beast. eventually developed an ED as a teen & had to go to a nutritionist (among other things) so i eat pretty “normal” now, but am pretty skinny despite never moving & eating whatever i want. basically it is possible lmao

It's called VERY good video editing. You notice they don't actually swallow the food. The camera has conveniently been spliced and diced so that you only see them putting the food in their mouth, NEVER swallowing on camera.

mukbang was originally created for lonely people to eat on camera with those that watch and have them eat too so no one feels alone. When it got to America, you guys ate an insane amount of food, therefore, the idea changed.

I don't know exactly what she is doing but if we don't see her sit there and eat the entire thing on camera with no cuts or funny business, then, I personally assume they chew like one bite and throw the rest away. I know its wasteful and cost money, but, then again, people have done crazier things for views

I am no longer like this, but there was a time where I would eat like this girl, and still weighed less than 100. It can happen. Is it healthy? IDK…I'm not a nutritionist. My only advice for her is to start practicing eating more healthy for when the day her metabolism starts to slow. She may regret it. 😆

but…what makes people think its okay to say shes bulemic? true or not i feel like thats really unfitting and mean, eds are serious and private, you often dont want millions of people to know about it.

Im not sure why people are so shocked by her when there are eating competitions and honestly a lot of the big names in that world are thin and you'd never guess they can eat 76 hotdogs in 10 minutes. I highly doubt she eats like that every single day and she is probably active.

I think a lot of the issue with fat people posting them eating junk food is that it's sad to see someone eat themselves to death and being fat makes it more obvious than someone who is skinny as well as the fetish aspect of it. It's not necessarily fatphobia but it's just apparent that the food affects them and when something is obvious like that it's going to rub people the wrong way and they're going to comment. Every creator gets hate for something, it's just part of the job honestly.

you can filter out hate comments, that doesn't mean people aren't saying hateful things. Fatphobia isn't limited to online, doctors won't help a lot because they assume your weight is the issue. If we want to address the issues, we need to address all of the issues and that includes fatphobia online

17:25 He's said before that he had bulimia… And even now he compensates for the over-consumption of food with excessive exercise, which is actually also a form of purging

Even if she stays skinny, eating all thatcrap wont keep her from ruining her body in the long run. Your body still needs healthy food to maintain healthy organs, avoid cancers and deficiencies she will probably regret all this one day🤷‍♀️

4:50 Like, I am kind of disappointed that I even have to tell you this… but just because the TikToks show her taking a bite, it doesn't mean she eats the whole dish. Unless you see her put it in her mouth and swallow… it is VERY likely that she didn't eat it. All the fast cuts just hide that. Like… you have to be smart enough to have already figured that out, right?

When I was really active I was able to eat pretty much what I want so long as I kept active. If you've always eaten like this, your body is used to it, you can handle it.

My husband is skinny, and I thought that it was unfair that he could eat fast food all the time but then I realize he doesn’t eat that much so I just started eating like him and then I became skinny😂😂😂😂 not the fast food, but just eating like once a day sometimes skinny people just don’t eat a lot even if they eat junk food
