HOLY SHIT I saw that live action Italian one! it's really weird because it's hard to tell when a scene is meant to be surreal or not, since the whole movie is smack at the bottom of the uncanny valley. it's only ok, but that still makes it better and more memorable than the endlessly mid Disney one with Tom Hanks from 2022… however, the del Toro one just crushes them both, so I completely forgot the Italian one even existed.

The italian movie is the one that is closest to the original story from literature (the author of Pinocchio is Collodi) and yeah, like almost every fairytale it is kind of terrifying.
Yet, is a every good movie, check it out!

Disney didn't make that movie it was by lionsgate (not owned by disney), also pinnochio is a public domain so anyone can make a movie or anything on it doesn't have to be made just by disney. You don't specifically state it was made by disney but it was inferred in the video with the previous mentions of the other remakes. i could be wrong with my critisim if i am please correct me. other than that i enjoyed the video i just didn't like the beginning with the inncorrect information.

This is not the Disney live action remake…this is made by Lionsgate…I believe this will be released by Netflix(along with their other shitty movies)
