Myheritage and all of the other simlar products out there should never be used. You are turning over your genetic material to a third party who will sell it, probably to an insurance company. You're OK with that – good for you, what about your siblings, or children, or parents? Are they OK with it? Because it is their genetic material as well.

Its not just bloomberg terminal, it’s also thompson reuters eikon which is for my humble opinion much better when you learn how to handle it and have enough power on central VDI or per terminal/license WS under desk along with properly coded plugins that can do essentials and in 3 hours since NYSE closes in Tokyo you can already make fortune.
Besides, it is not OS, it is UNIX/POSIX standard OS with implementation of services for traders. It is like Windows CE on old ATM that booted directly to ATM “DOS environment” back in the days, or in early 2000 and 2010 before android tabs became all rounder and powerful more than enough for the work that had to do, it is just a software on PC, it is special or rather “semi-special software”, cause all they to is to present but most importantly execute trades. It is kind of advanced MetaTrader that you can install everywhere, but the point is that it has yearly license fees and is for brokers and institutional traders and must be also connected via approved fibers. If you have ever been in datacenter, and you see locked spools of fiber, this is because no matter how far of your trading stock exchange you are, same amount/length of fiber is for everyone and the inequality is then equalised in spools in datacenter after 6/7 layers of security but additional cage is there by SEC and only they have access to that, so the latency is equal to all… that is why one firm in Connecticut, second in N.Jersey and third a block away from NYSE, see identical data as exactly same time with picosecond or better latency.
