A friend of mine has a parrot, it's now 35-40 years old (Hyacinth breed). Only reason he has it because it was a rescue off a smuggling boat near Cali and he's a falconer; so, the government asked if he would be cool with taking it. Of course he said yes. I've known that bird for nearly 9 years now and I have only seen him eat an insect ONCE . And we're 1000% sure that's because he was . . . well poor dude was down bad. He actually got that hookup and the LA zoo says he's a perfect specimen for breeding. So, if you're in the LA zoo and see baby parrots there's a good chance those are his kids.

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
