    Sorry Andrew, you’re great, not watching this one just wanted to comment. Saw Mac Dre and said nope. I have to say California and West Coast Music has sounded awful ever since Pac got shot. I mean he was from New York. There are no good artists from California. They have the most god awful sounding music. From what I’ve heard. Haven’t heard all of it. But I’ve heard enough. East Coast has and will always Be King. Kendrick Lamar’s first album was a classic so that’s one good artist since PAC was shot. Kendrick is talented just doesn’t make nearly as good of music as he could. I mean Houston for example. Not from the East Coast but definitely more of an influence on today’s music. I mean people credit biggie pac pimp c bun b Three 6 Mafia (HUGE INFLUENCE ON MUSIC TODAY). This plenty of Atlanta Artists. You never hear anyone say E-40 or TooShort were my big inspirations growing up.

    The part where the only chance of not getting destroyed by ourselves (incl technological creations) is to actually improve our society in terms of ethically considering all sentient, suffering life? That part sounds very based, and even if it's a "chronically online" view at this point, I hope it gets less and less so. I don't think it is, though. Society has been widening it's circle of compassion since it's beginnings (sex, gender, race, etc)—that much is a lived reality.
    The chance might still be small, and "leading by example" makes it sound a bit more vague, I feel, but to me it makes much more sense than leaving it the "values instilled" to the b!llionaires who truly don't give a sh!t how many lives they destroy on their path.

    That being said, the central point should be that we actually care about other sentient life suffering, not just for our own benefit, because we're scared a sentient AI might punish us, as we abused our dominion over other animals. Meaning, since veganism is the ethical, principled stance against animal exploitation, that's its point—and anything coming from that is simply a side effect.

    SHIT, when I was a much younger person and I was hanging out with friends and doing psychedelics, we figured out the meaning of life and created a religion. I am SO happy social media wasn't a thing then. 😳
