When I was in Italy they had a great pasta with creamy salmon sauce. I know you don't eat fish but what is this recipe. It was excellent 👍

Not Italian, but on the cold pasta topic, my family loves a Caprese salad with Farfalle Rigate. Great for a southern hemisphere Christmas salad as it has the white green and red- bocconcini, basil and tomatoes and bow tie pasta

Chicken Alfredo used to be my go to, but after learning how to make Roman style Alfredo, I don't have the taste for American Alfredo anymore. I'll get the occasional tv dinner, and there's one pizza restaurant that I'll get chicken Alfredo at, but now it just feels kind of bland.

The first time I had gnocchi was in Florence. I decided I was just going to ask the waiter what they would recommend (minus seafood options, not allergic, just not my thing) and they gave me gnocchi in this creamy cheese sauce. It was UNBELIEVABLE! That entire trip the food was amazing, I just trusted whatever they suggested and it was always superb lol

Zattarains (sp?) Blackened Chicken Alfredo is the bomb for a late night after drinks munchie. The big bag in the frozen food section. Tell Nick it's better than Olive Garden. 🤣
