This is garbage. There is not any evidence of an expanded 4th spacial dimension. And yes, if it existed we would find evidence of it.

In my humble opinion, our ability to control lower dimensions and fully access them without its beings perceiving us is not the case with our 3D perspective to 4D. That is, 4D can't logically be a fourth direction because as far as we know, all possible directions have been reached already. What we call a 4D must be God power that sees us from beyond this whole universe. So therefore, 4D to us is God's omniscient point of view.

Beyond spacetime there are likely 11 more dimensions. People will never likely perceive anything on spacetime there may be animals on earth that could reach into the dimension beyond spacetime
