Who was Kaspar Hauser? His life is a complete mystery, probably lost to time forever. Only a small portion of his life is known for a fact, so let’s take a look.

“Kaspar Hauser (1812? – 17 December 1833) was a German youth who claimed to have grown up in the total isolation of a darkened cell. Hauser’s claims, and his subsequent death by stabbing, sparked much debate and controversy. Theories propounded at the time identified him as the grand ducal House of Baden, hidden away because of royal intrigue. These opinions may or may not have been documented by later investigations. Other theories proposed that Hauser had been a fraud.”

    EXCUSE ME?!! "in 1828 in what is now known as Nuremberg" and "Marking the cities most celebrated historic event", what the fluff?! Do you think Nuremberg is some unremarkeable small town? Are you from Fürth, or what?🤦

    Nuremberg has been known as Nuremberg since at least 1005 AD and has a rich history as one of the richest trade cities in central Europe during the medieval ages and the renaissance. It's been one of four self-administrated cities during the German Empire, its castle was home (one of his homes, anyway) of the German Emperor and has never been defeated. Nuremberg was a center of the renaissance and the German imperial regalia were kept there from 1423 to 1759. It also hosts the world's most famous christmas market.
    Nuremberg jas also been the birth place of many famous personalities throughout history, such as Ludwig Feuerbach (philosopher) Albrecht Dürer (artist) and Johann Pachelbel (composer), Peter Henlein (inventor of the first pocket watch), Martin Beheim (first known globe) and Sandra Bullock, to name a contemporary person, too.

    Those two sentences may be fitting for "Nuremberg, USA", but you clearly said "Nuremberg, Germany" so, right away you come across as deeply ill-informed! 💁

    What if he had another personality that is a coping mechanism? That would explain why it happened only after an arguement. Maybe they genuinely had no recollection, because they weren't always the one in control.

    I will tell you why I unsubscribed and disliked your video. It was for the simple fact of portraying Germans as people who hide their ugly past. As someone who has grown up in Germany I can tell you that this is not a thing unlike the British or the Americans we are not ashamed to look critically at the stains of our nation's history. So why do you project?

    I think there was an element of truth to the story he told, although somewhat embellished. His language skills suggest a stunted upbringing. Maybe he was only permitted in a particular lot or was able to see out a window or something.

    7:40 7:45 “So what’s the trute”??? I really love how the Irish have a serious love for T and D sounds. Everytime these drunkards say “Turrdy” in place of say thirty, I wonder what the hell my accent sounds like?
    It’s better than Scottish people by a margin never understand why they keep adding letters (like tbd word “arse”).

    Knowing some of the insane Things Royals and Aristocracy did with unwanted children or even Just unruly children, and Just the insane political Power Plays they engaged in, i think the Idea that He was a "lost" royal heir is entirely plausible.
