For years, this cardboard standee has been staring an FYE employee in the face in the break room. Believed to originate from an old Tape World store, nobody can identify it despite its familiar face.

    Its very interesting to consider that Spy Kids was confirmed NOT to have him, yet thats where it was. I wonder if there's any other lost Media searches that have gone unsolved for a similar reason.

    Man, I could've told you this was just a Spy Kids Fooglie. Also, it doesn't actually look anything like a character from any Tim Burton movie at all. I don't know where people were getting that from.

    Edit: Just realised I did in fact comment on this video at the time literally saying it was from Spy Kids lol

    Just a few things: Aardman studios produced many shorts, adverts and art pieces over the years and many of them were put onto collage videos; "A taste of Aardman" is an example. The glossy look is still someting that can go alongside with clay-mation, especially recent Aardman works like "Shaun the Sheep" where by they use a mix of clay and plastic/hard clay parts that are switched for quick changes for repetitive animations.
    There was a show on British TV in the early-mid 2000's that featured a kid and his friend who worked at an amusement park whereby certain creepy models/puppets, featured at the park, would come to life and cause havok and have battles. I am pretty sure that Cadbury's mini rolls did a feature/advertisement of their cake bars that were in coalition with the TV show, to promote it and give some kind of small "toy" with a consumer purchase…aaaaaand I just saw this has been solved. -_-

    Well although it's now solved…
    Looking at it without context I was gonna mention the red white n blue being 4th of July or French related…

    Oh well… I kinda hoped it'd be hidden in some claymation media as I love claymation from Jason and the argonauts to skullmonkeys to like clay fighter

    It looks like an office supplies monster. Body made of grey sticky tack, hair made of push pins, shirt made of the start of tape, and legs made of pens. Its colour scene is red white and blue so I'm going to assume its an American office supply store mascot?

    Heres a question Im not sure anyone is asking. What was the store in the mall BEFORE it was Tape World? Maybe it was something left in the backroom from an independent office supply store or something?? They moved out, Tape World moved in and the cardboard cutout got left behind
