    I can’t believe there is a group of people that think they can magically change their aspects of looks already genetically set in stone by simply thinking positively that it’ll magically happen eventually holy cope 😂

    my god, all dumbs are here. subliminal does not only mean having hidden images but it is something that have affirmations in slow voice layered with an music or something so that your conscious mind cannot listen to it. the subconscious mind absorbs the affirmation and accepts them as reality and shapes your reality accordingly. Also listening to a subliminal for just 1 time cannot change you or your life, it need time consistency and believe overall its a tool for manifesting things……. i hope you understand and if you think this is fake then you are such an illiterate and don't know science

    They work but most the time you have to listen to them for months / even years. The point of them is your rewiring your subconscious mind from all the limiting beliefs you have so if your on the cusp or just in a surrendered energy you might get it immediately if it’s something with a lot of resistance you might need to do years.

    It’s all about the principle that we live in a simulation so our mind creates our reality which, some scientists back up. The idea is your rewiring your subconscious to then create the changes on the external. Your not going to listen to your first subliminal and have results. You must commit to this and manifesting/ scripting for at least 6 months to a year then go back and see how you feel about it.

    Fun fact, some people can actually "change" their eye color proper! It relates to color relativity, and mostly affects people with lighter colored eyes- lighter colored eyes reflect more light, so you can make the color of your eyes look different by wearing certain colors of clothing. Your eyes will reflect the color of your clothes and create an effect that makes your eyes appear a different color that's closer to the color of your clothing. This doesn't seem to work along color values though– for instance, someone with dark brown eyes can't make their eyes a light/vibrant blue and vice versa.

    As a certified blonde I can confirm that us blondes, while in the womb, repeated: My hair is blonde now. Sometimes though, blondes will be created by accident from being confused. Ex: The cocomelon baby…dont ask any questions this kid has brunette parents…or the mom cheated.

    Day 1: nothing, felt tingling on my nose though.
    Day 2: when i laughed, i sounded like a dolphin!
    Day 3: my body felt sore and my skin looked pale
    Day 4: IT WORKED!! i’m officially a dolphin!!! e-e-e-e-e

    I use them only to give me a motivation burst while i'm around, counting the sets for some exercise or something similar. sometimes i listen to the ones for changing physical appearance just like "maybe?" i don't believe blindly, "but what if?"
