The Silent Hill Circumcision Meltdown – Tales From the Internet
Silent Hill distinguished itself from Resident Evil and the rest of the survival horror pack by having a more open approach to horror that leaves a lot up for interpretation. This approach has given rise to several fan theories of varying quality. One of the most infamous Silent Hill fan theories rose to prominence in December of 2015, when users realized that an admin of the Silent Hill wiki, AlexShepherd, had added tons of commentary about circumcision to the entry on Walter Sullivan, the main antagonist of Silent Hill 4.
These edits led to a huge thread on the wiki culminating in one of the Internet’s most glorious meltdowns.

Its like this guy thinks that circumsision can kill you or stop the function of a penis when it really doesnt do anything. The only reason we should get rid of it is cause it causes pain for no good reason but its not like its going to give you mental trauma or is a cult practice like this idiot thinks it is.

I mean, it's not unreasonable to say that you shouldn't cut pieces off your baby. That's kind of a fucked up tradition when you actually think about it.
There's absolutely no legitimate medical reason to do this, and if it were any other part of the body, it would be considered completely unacceptable to do such a thing to a helpless baby. But Judaism normalized it enough that it's fairly common in America, so it's regarded as 'normal'
But also like… this guy clearly had some unresolved mental issues. Which in a way kind of proves his point. Clearly having part of his wee-wee cut off as a baby left him seriously psychologically unbalanced.
So like… point to him, I guess.
