The audience does not see the writers, therefore, they are not concerned with them. Jennings is what the audience sees.

If her ratings were as good or better than Ken Jennings, Jeopardy would have kept her. I suspect her ratings weren't good and they let her gracefully exit.

Bialik is fine as Amy, but not for Jeopardy. In my humble opinion Ken is better suited and is faster answering questions. Ken is perfect.
