Great video! Also, Randy seems based and glad to see he is well. š§āā I vaguely remember seeing him on TV. With some of my hobbies and interests like cosplay/sewing/crafting and a few other aspects of my personality, I think I can relate to Randy's perspective a fair amount. Though, I'm more of a traditional guy. It feels like Randy turned cosplay into a true lifestyle, which is pretty awesome. š¤

This guy is vastly unrecognized as the biggest driving force of the acceptance of LGBTQ lifestyle in the mid 90s back when ya know…you basically weren't allowed to be gay. People memed the crap outta this guy before we even knew what a meme was, and then everyone heard him talk and it really turned everyones expectations on their head because his voice and personality didnt match the "weirdo" narrative at all. He was actually one of us. Just…dressed stupid with bad hair. And that "felt" okay to a lot of people for the first time – really started making people go "What else am I wrong about?"
